THE HILLS ARE ALIVE!
SUNDAY TRIBUNE GARDEN & LEISURE SHOW
There’s no mistaking the arrival of spring in the Midlands. The wait for the first rains is rewarded with the sight of sturdy green shoots pushing their way through the khaki, or sometimes blackened veld.
The next showers see every annual, bulb and tree budding and then, after the briefest of waits, bursting into full bloom.
It’s for this very reason that the Sunday Tribune Garden & Leisure Show and the Open Gardens are scheduled for this time of year and those making their way towards the halls of the Royal Show Grounds, and heading for the surrounding hills, are not going to be disappointed this year.
If you’ve already booked a stay at Hartford House, why not refer to the schedules and include some of the sights in your trip to or from Mooi River. If you’re not planning a stay at Hartford, you’re most welcome to join us for tea in the beautiful surrounds of our own garden or, even better still, to make that booking you’ve been meaning to make for weeks!
