Excellent cuisine in a country setting, grand old homestead, cultured gardens. The food was prepared with skill and imaginatively and exquisitely plated. I had a duck terrine interspersed with kumquat rind - a brilliant combination - and trout, perfectly prepared and presented with baby vegetables and a hollandaise sauce that was just right. The chef is to be commended. Reasonably priced.
