Frozen Lemon Segments with Ginger Ale, Lemon Zestand Freshly Sliced Mint Recipe

(Zest – is the outer colourful skin off a citrus fruit. It can be removed with a zester or a peeler)

Yields: 1

Ingredients :

1 tin Ginger Ale

4 Lemon Segments

15 ml Lemon Zest

10 ml Mint

Ice

Method:

1) Segment the lemon and freeze the lemon segments until frozen (chef’s note: place a layer of plastic under the segments otherwise the segments will freeze to the surface)

2) Mix all the above ingredients together

Plating :

Pour into a glass and serve with crushed ice
