Mango Spritz Cocktail Recipe
- 150ml Good quality vodka (Absolut is my personal favourite)
- 350ml Mango juice
- 450ml Lemonade
- 30ml Coriander roughly chopped
- Half a Mango
- Finely dice your mango and roughly chop your coriander. Place in a cocktail shaker with your mango juice and vodka. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Vigorously shake until infused completely.
- Divide into 4 glasses and top with whole ice cubes.
- Top with your lemonade stir gently and serve.
