Potato and Amadumbi Mash
Yields : 4
450g Amadumbies, peeled
225g Potatoes, peeled
Salt and Pepper
1) Cook the amadumbies and potatoes together until cooked. Mash the two potatoes and add the cream, butter, salt and pepper
2) Serve hot
