Makes: 40 pieces
- 2 cups Self – Raising Flour
- 1 cup Mixed Dried Fruit, chopped
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts, chopped
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 250gr Salted Butter, melted
- 5ml Vanilla Essence
- 2 Whole Eggs
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Mix the butter, vanilla and eggs together.
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and incorporate.
Push the mixture into a greased tray, 25cm x 35cm, with a width of 1cm and bake at 180⁰C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly and cut into desired pieces.
