Chocolate Fridge Tart
Yields: 1 tray size of 20cm x 16cm, about 18 pieces
- 2pkt Tennis Biscuits
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 15ml Vanilla Essence
- 250gr salted Butter
- 30ml Cocoa Powder
- 500gr Icing Sugar
Crumble the biscuits-chunky and set aside.
Whisk the eggs and vanilla together.
Melt the butter; add the cocoa and icing sugar to this. Then add this butter mixture to the egg mixture.
Add the crumbled biscuits, stir and pour into a greased tray.
Place into the fridge to get firm-normally overnight, then cut into desired shapes.
