Caramelised Beer Onions
- 2 (350gr) Onions, sliced
- 1 can (330ml) Beer
- 60 ml White Sugar
- Place the onions, beer and white sugar into a heavy based sauce pan.
- Allow to simmer until the onions are caramelised and most of the liquid has reduced to make a syrup coating the onions, this will take about 20 minutes.
