“What an evening the “Hartford House In The City” collaboration at 9th Avenue Bistro was! The teams worked incredibly well together to bring us an absolute experience of a meal. From beginning to end every single dish on Chef Constantijn’s menu was carefully and superbly brought to life, as if by the stroke of an artist’s brush. Chef Constantijn Hahndieck of Hartford House and Chefs Graham Nielson & Charlie Laikin of 9th Avenue Bistro were absolutely amazing – plating over 70 meals at a time in one sitting can’t have been an easy feat – and I can tell you that every single plate was perfect. I can’t believe we are so fortunate as to have all this talent in our city! I feel like very lucky that I had the opportunity to be a part of such an exceptional culinary experience.”
